As a kid born and raised in the coastal town of Marblehead, Mass., Chris Himmel has been imprinted with a love of fishing, seafood and the open water from the beginning. As president of Himmel Hospitality Group, his roots are in some of Boston and Cambridge’s most celebrated restaurants. With The Banks, he brings together an authentic New England seafood concept and his passion for high quality products sourced by some the country’s most respected fishermen and farmers.
